Who may use it
UMA Compass is an internal system of UMA Group. You may use it only if an administrator has enrolled you in UMA IM and given you a role, and only for the work that role exists for.
Your account
Your account is personal. Sign in with your own Google account, do not share it, and do not act in the portal on someone else's behalf unless your role provides for that. Tell an administrator at once if you think your account has been used by anyone else.
What you do is recorded
Every request raised, every decision taken and every document attached is recorded with your name and the time, and forms part of UMA Group's business records. Approvals and payments made through the portal are made in the group's name, so take them with the care that requires.
Company policies apply
Using the portal does not change any policy of UMA Group that already applies to you, including those on authority limits, expenses, confidentiality and acceptable use of company systems. Where the portal and a policy differ, the policy governs.
Availability
The portal is provided for internal use as it is. UMA Group may change it, restrict it or take it offline for maintenance without notice, and may remove access from anyone at any time.
